Tando Muhammad Khan is a city of more than 647,215 population and caters to the business requirements of Tando Muhammad Khan, Tando Allayar, Matiari, Hyderabad, and surrounding areas of more than 2 million population but the city does not provide any quality education. Sindh consists of the majority share of youth in Pakistan. None of them are focusing on quality and skill-based education and to develop entrepreneurs to help the country in the long-run economy. Keeping the growing need the demand for quality education in the less privileged areas, the “Professional Associates Community Services Foundation, Tando Muhammad Khan (PACSF)” has established, a university under the name of “The University of Modern Sciences” and the Sindh Assembly has granted its chartered. The University of Modern Sciences has been accredited to run course in Four Faculties by HEC vide (Letter No. 15(62)/HEC/A&A/Acc/2017/2089 dated August 10, 2021)
