Karakoram International University Gilgit-Baltistan, Ghizer Campus (KIU Ghizer Campus) was established in 2018 while the main campus is the KIU Gilgit Baltistan situated in Gilgit, established in 2002. Ghizer is a west-most part of Gilgit-Baltistan; a multi-ethnic district where 3 different languages are spoken. Believing that education is the only catalyst for positive change and the foundation stone for constructing strong, robust, and durable communities, KIU Ghizer Campus has at present 3 departments working and 4 programs are being offered. KIU Ghizer Campus to attain its full potential as a vivacious and different academic institute and struggle to prepare students to become better citizens of our country, regardless of their social and financial background, and subsidize the welfare of society and the country’s progress rather than balkanizing themselves into groups. KIU offers quality education, innovative and competitive learning environment, thereby attracting the determined students to get admission in this university. → 12 years of field related education, passed with at least 50% marks from a recognized institution
→ 50% marks in entry test
