MA Rural Development
MSc Rural Development is a two-year degree program that gives students a comprehensive understanding of rural life and the different socio-economic issues that affect the rural economy. This course also provides ideas for actions that can be made to improve the rural economy and raise people out of poverty and misery. The program aids in the resolution of difficulties that have long hampered development and advancement in the villages.
The MSc Rural Development program focuses on topics such as rural development theories, policies, and planning, agricultural issues, rural industrialization challenges, fisheries development, horticulture development, and other areas of enhancing rural household income. The students will have an interdisciplinary foundation from which to handle the many issues that come with rural transformation. It's for students who want to work in the rural sector and are interested in the opportunities and challenges that come with it.
