MA Literature

MA literature is a 2 years degree program designed to help students who want to teach literature in Pakistan . Both pre-service and in-service teachers will benefit from the program. MA literature, which focuses on current theory and practice in literature teaching, will help them advance their careers by introducing them to a variety of teaching approaches, curriculum and syllabus creation, and creating classroom activities and lesson plans. Students will be able to build and reflect on their comprehension of literature as a result of the program. Teaching and leading them to investigate contemporary advancements in teaching methodology and teacher education so that they can perform the roles of teachers and model-facilitators in an amicable manner. The program focuses on developing their receptive and productive language skills, as well as their knowledge and understanding of literature.

Eligibility Criteria

  • BA/B.Sc. or equivalent relevant qualification with at least 45% marks or CGPA 2.5 out of 4 from HEC recognized university/institution.
  • Passing marks in entry test.
