MS Project Management

Projects have shaped the face of human civilization since the dawn of time. Some have nicknamed the twenty-first century the "century of projects." Projects - and a deep understanding of how to manage them successfully and efficiently - will become ever more vital as developmental difficulties, science and technology, and knowledge continue to grow. This is especially true in developing countries like Pakistan, where projects consume a large portion of public-sector resources each year, and where properly managing projects in the face of acute and chronic resource restrictions is critical. Pakistan's economic and social progress is dependent on projects.
