MS Organizational Psychology

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree (14-year education) with ‘Psychology’ as an elective subject, BBA (or any other relevant equivalent qualification) from a recognized University/Institute with a minimum of 45% marks or CGPA 2.00 out of 4.
  • Passing marks in entry test.

Scope

Organizational psychologists  study employee behavior in the workplace. They use psychological ideas and research methodologies to improve a variety of aspects of the workplace, including performance, communication, professional satisfaction, and safety. Your master’s degree in organizational psychology can prepare you to work as a change agent in a variety of industries, including criminal justice, education, healthcare, information technology, manufacturing, and transportation, among others. Like many IOPs, you can find yourself working in the human resources department of a company or as an independent consultant hired to tackle an issue.
