BS Interior Design

The BS Interior Design program teaches you how to think and act like a designer while immersing you in a highly creative studio environment. The program is a balanced blend of theory and practice, with the goal of preparing graduates with professional degrees to enter the industry of interior design. Through studio sessions, students study the craft of creative design. Additionally, they learn how to manage home and commercial settings. The program's primary objectives are to improve your ability to instantly conceptualize thoughts via drawing, organize a space and create a mood, and comprehend interior design concepts in 2D and 3D formats. They develop complete design projects professionally, utilizing all available technologies and bearing in mind sustainability concerns, building and architectural codes, and language.

  • At least 50% marks in Intermediate (HSSC) examination.
  • Passing marks in entry test.

Scope

The four-year Bachelor of Interior Design degree emphasizes collaborative fields with a strong emphasis on human-centered design in order to define and shape spaces and locations. The course curriculum focuses on how to adapt interior design to people’s needs as well as physical and sociocultural environments, while also examining the difficulties and restrictions that effect a sustainable approach to design. It encourages students to keep an eye on global design trends and modern lifestyles while developing meaningful, human-centered, and holistic solutions to complicated design problems. Our students investigate gesture, improvisation, and relational compositions, as well as historical and cultural allusions, context, and thereby build individual sensibilities while establishing an effective method of inquiry, reflection, and innovation.
