MA Art Education

The Master of Art Education is a low-residency MS/MPhil graduate studies program intended specifically for educators and in-service teachers. The curriculum is built on a core of educational theory courses that are closely linked to professional practice in teaching and studio art. The Master's program takes two years to complete. This program's coursework and instruction are both experiential in nature, with the goal of determining students' future paths in teaching or related educational practices. Beyond this core, students have the freedom to create their own research projects and fieldwork under the guidance and mentorship of competent academics. These initiatives' areas of concern stem from their educational experiences and teaching situations.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants with minimum 16 years of education or equivalent qualification with minimum 45% (2nd division) marks from HEC recognized educational institutions are eligible to apply.
  • Passing marks in entry test.
