University of Education, UE Lower Mall Campus is located on Rati Gun Road، Lower Mall, Data Gunj Buksh Town, Lahore, Punjab 54000. On September 10, 2002, the Govt. of Punjab, through an ordinance, established the University of Education and Govt. College of Education was declared a campus of the newly established university. Since then, the Lower Mall Campus has been rendering commendable services to the cause of education in Pakistan. The main mission of the University of Education is to make the university a thriving hub of educational research and knowledge creation and to make the teaching profession attractive to the youth by providing quality programs, providing fast track degree acquisition routes to abler students.
The Campus has the services of highly qualified faculty members with PhDs both from Pakistan and abroad. The faculty members are a wonderful blend of youth and experience. Several young faculty members are currently enrolled in various doctoral programs and some of them are expected to get their degrees in the next academic year. This ensemble of experience and youth ensures a cordial and congenial environment for the students.

The UE Lower Mall Campus has been the center of research activity in the field of teacher training and education.

UE Lower Mall Campus Lahore offers admissions in undergraduate and graduate programs. Students can apply online. University will then assign the entry test date.
Selection Criteria for Undergraduate Programs
1. Candidate passed 12 years of field related education.
2. 50 % in metric and intermediate.
3. 50% marks in the entry test.
Selection Criteria for Graduate Programs
1. 16 years of education with at least a second division from any recognized institution.
2. 50% marks in the entry test.
3. Minimum 2.2 CGPA.
4. Selected students will be screened during the interview.
