About Us
The Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology (SZABIST) Dubai campus is the only U.A.E based Pakistani institute of higher education that has been aiding the Pakistani community since 2003. It is a Fully Chartered Institute through a Legislative Act of Sindh Assembly and is approved by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan as a degree-granting institution. The main campus is of this university is Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University, Karachi; situated in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. The University offers high standards of teaching at a reasonable fee structure. SZABIST Dubai is situated in the Dubai International Academic City amongst other international universities. SZABIST Dubai is a prominent and vibrant Pakistani university delivering world-class education. Selection Criteria for Undergraduates
→ 12-years of field related education passed with at least 50% marks from a recognized institution
→ 50% marks in entry test
Selection Criteria for Graduates
→ 16-years of field related education passed with at least 2.5 CGPA from a recognized institution
→ 50% marks in GAT general test

Being a higher education institute, SZABIST Dubai campus established Research Center in 2014. The center shoulders the responsibility of assisting and accommodating students and faculty members in conducting world-class research activities. The scope and role of the center have developed much bigger than where it started from.
Seminars and Workshops are the tools that enhance the students’ experience and tone their skills through intensive interactions with trained and knowledgeable persons as well as practical workshops that enhance their knowledge of the subject. Several brief workshops and guest lectures are designed in SZABIST Dubai to increase awareness and understanding of information technology and business-related topics. These workshops and lectures are in conjunction with the Institute’s strategy for growth and networking of entrepreneurship. Structured sessions on report writing using MS word with referencing styles are introduced for students along with introductory sessions on the use of statistical software SPSS/Eviews/Microfit are introduced for the students enrolled in various research activities at the campus.
