Rawalpindi Women University has had a spectacular history of academic achievement since its inauguration. RMU seeks to establish relationships with the broader community of Pakistani universities, open new vistas of knowledge and advanced skills, and build a research culture that is productive, innovative, and in line with national and worldwide norms. RWU’s administration and teaching faculty have displayed an impressive willingness to accept the challenge by initiating its in-house advanced Learning Management System (LMS) and managing training sessions for online preparation in accordance with the academic calendar.

RWU aspires to produce young professionals in the Arts and Humanities, Sciences, Social Sciences, Information Technology/Computer Science, and Business and Administrative Sciences. It also serves as the home of one of Pakistan’s oldest art and design schools. The institute anticipates the empowerment and grooming of the country’s young girls. The goal is to provide them with an atmosphere that will support their academic growth and future professional development while maintaining a strong sense of national identity and a deep appreciation for moral and human values.

Admissions are based on merit. A merit list is displayed according to the test score. Successful candidates are then screen for interviews.

Eligibility Criteria for Undergraduate Programs
1. Intermediate or equivalent with 50% marks for admission in a science program, with 50% marks in the major subject.
2. Intermediate or equivalent with 45% marks for admission in an art program.
