National College of Arts, Rawalpindi Campus

About Us

The main campus of the National College of Arts is the Lahore campus that expanded towards Rawalpindi to meet the popular demand for high-quality creative art and design education. The National College of Arts (NCA Rawalpindi campus) was built in June 2011, accredited by the higher education commission, Pakistan.

Among many other specialization fields, NCA Rawalpindi campus provides both introductory and advanced courses in graphic design, painting, sculpture, drafting, digital art, ceramics, photography, printmaking and architecture

Liaqat Bagh complex was chosen as the NCA building. The NCA Rawalpindi campus is a multi-story building that comprises of 50 rooms and a historical Liaqat memorial hall that has a history of flourishing performing arts. The faculty consists of highly qualified members and guest facility, drawn from within and outside Pakistan. In today’s diverse art world, students graduate from NCA Rawalpindi Campus with a variety of skills required for their career as a creative artist.

Selection criteria for undergraduate programs

Those candidates who have cleared higher secondary education/intermediate are eligible to take the admission examinations(minimum 45%) which consist of drawing and aptitude tests

Research & Development
Seminars & Workshops

The NCA Rawalpindi Campus provides innovative strategies for students to participate in contemporary debate. It also encourages participation, to build their confidence to highlight their professional achievements.

The NCA Rawalpindi Campus provides two workshops dealing with wood and metal, which allows them to familiarize themselves with their profession. Similarly, introductory sessions are conducted at the beginning of the year so that the incoming batch may join their own choice of club and society. Extracurricular activities and events are also organized to provide an environmentally friendly platform for the students to hatch out of their shells and develop independently.
