Lahore Garrison University (LGU) is a private university situated in Lahore. Punjab, Pakistan. The university was established by the Pakistan army. It has two campuses in the townships of DHA and Lahore Cantonment. LGU offers undergraduates, graduates, and postgraduate programs in various disciplines. This University also has competent, qualified accomplished multidisciplinary faculty. LGU is establishing the Digital Forensics Research & Service Centre; it would be the first kind of digital forensics lab in Pakistan. More than 4000 students are studying in university along with 300 qualified staff and 18 departments. University is offering 25 professional courses in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Psychology, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Islamic Studies, Mass Communication, International Relations, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, English, and Urdu.

Admission Criteria
LGU University provides a platform for all students from all over the world to proceed with further education. The students can apply online and build themselves towards their career. The admissions are open in two sessions.
Spring session: February – March
Autumn session: August -September
Selection Criteria for Undergraduate Programs
– Candidate passed 12 years of field related education.
– At least with second division from any recognized institution.
– 50% marks in the entry test.
Selection Criteria for Graduate Programs
– The candidate passed 16 years of education with a 50% minimum.
– 50% marks in the entry test.
– The selected candidates will be screened during the interview.
Selection Criteria for Postgraduate Programs.
– The candidate scored 70% or 3cGPA in graduate programs.
– 70% in the entry test.
– The selected candidate will be screened during the interview
