With an area of 150,000 square feet, the Isra University Islamabad campus contains the Al Nafees Medical College and Hospital, School of Engineering & Applied Sciences (SEAS), Isra School of Rehabilitation Sciences (IIRS), and Isra Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
100 MBBS students are studying since January 2012 in Al Nafees Medical College, in IIRS currently, 145 students are studying & SEAS has 224 Students.
The university is owned by Isra Islamic Foundation, a non-profit organization, certified by Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP). The University is recognized and highly ranked by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. In its short history of eighteen years, Isra University Islamabad campus started in 2009, a teaching hospital with 300 beds is operational from May 2011. It is situated behind Farash town, Phase II, Islamabad.

Isra University Islamabad Campus offers admissions based purely on merit.

Selection Criteria for Undergraduates (MBBS/BDS)
→ Matriculation (SSC or Equivalent) weightage is 10%.
→ HSSC /F.Sc (Pre-Medical or Equivalent) weightage is 40%.
→ MDCAT Test weightage is 50%.

Selection Criteria for Postgraduates (MS/MD)
→ MBBS/equivalent qualification registered with PMDC
→ Completed one year House Job, with at least six months in the particular discipline
→ One-year experience in a particular specialty
→ Pass entry test
