BZU Layyah campus is the sub-campus of Bahauddin Zakariya University. In order to educate and equip the remote areas people with higher studies and research, Bahadur Sub-Campus of Bahauddin Zakariya University sub-campus (Badadur) was made at Layyah Pakistan. The university was initially built as Multan University.
Layyah is very rich in human capital and has the highest literacy rates as compared to the Southern Punjab district. To enhance this potential, there was a need to cater to the research and higher education needs of Layyah and its nearby areas. With the help of this, Layyah’s people can have their contribution and share and in our nation’s economy. This sub-campus is the blessing for the Layyah’s people will show and prove a true oasis in Pakistan.
The BZU Layyah campus has a highly trained faculty and vocational education in Agriculture, DVM, business administration, sociology, English archives, and psychology. The faculty is research-oriented and the institute is HEC recognized and renowned.
The BZU Layyah campus provides education in undergraduate programs and 7 masters degree programs. Evening programs are also being administered. The campus is quite active in conducting seminars and workshops and other educational programs.

Admissions in BZU Layyah Campus opens up in September. Students can apply online. University will then assign the entry test date.

Selection Criteria for Undergraduate Programs
– Candidate passed 12 years of field related education.
– 50 % in metric and intermediate.
– 50% marks in the entry test.

Selection Criteria for graduate Programs
– 16 years of education with at least a second division from any recognized institution.
– 50% marks in the entry test.
– Minimum 2.2 GPA.
– Selected students will be screened for the interview.
