About Us
AWKU Pabbi Campus is located in Pabbi. Pabbi is a town in Pabbi Tehsil of the Nowshera District of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. AWKU Pabbi Campus is recognized by HEC and is placed in ‘’W Category. This institute was approved on the 24th of August, 2011. From the early stage, the campus has announced admissions in two disciplines i.e. Management Sciences (BBA Hons) and Computer Sciences (BCS Hons).
This campus of AWKU aims to provide education facilities to the students at their doorsteps in urban as well as rural areas of the Province. Moreover, it was the demand of the local people to have a university campus in their area, the higher authority of the university has approved the campus at Pabbi.
AWKU Pabbi Campus – Admissions, Departments & Scholarships
AWKU Pabbi gives a platform for all students from all over the world to proceed with further education. The students can apply. The admissions are open in two sessions.
Spring session: December-January
Fall session: July-August
Selection Criteria for Undergraduate Programs
1. Candidate passed 12 years of field related education.
2. At least with second division from any recognized institution.
3. 50% marks in the entry test.
Selection Criteria for Graduate Programs
1.16 years of education with at least second division with an aggregate 45% in the annual system and 2.5 CGPA in semester system.
2. 50% marks in the entry test.

The universe is research-driven and research leads to the development of knowledge and discoveries of new spheres of life. AWKU and JEBRA international jointly organized a one day workshop on “Writing a winning research proposal” at the Garden Campus, which was attended by researchers from various teaching departments of AWKU Pabbi.
The University of Swabi, Director ORIC Dr. Asad Ali started the day with the orientation of ORIC’s role in the University and their efforts for research promotion, innovation commercialization, and patent registration for AWKUM researchers. The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Jehanzeb khan welcomed the distinguished speakers and appreciated the efforts of ORICs in organizing such events that can boost research activities.
Seminars and workshops are held with the passage of time on various topics. These events have a beneficial impact on individuals. Students can enhance their skills related to language and listening. They also have exposure to scholars and learn about jobs and scholarships. Seminars and convocation are held are organized by the main campus of AWKUM
