Eligibility Criteria

The applicant must

  • Be an international student is classified as paying ‘overseas fees’
  • Have an offer letter for an undergraduate or postgraduate degree program at the University

Academic Requirements:

  • International Foundation Year: HSSC or Intermediate/FA/FSc.
  • Undergraduate:
    • Year 1 entry: A-levels or International Baccalaureate, recognized foundation course in the UK, Students with excellent HSSC or Intermediate/FA/FSc (80%+) results may be considered for direct entry into year 1.
    • A two-year degree from a recognized university
    • Advanced entry: Students with excellent results from the two or three-year degree from recognized institutions may be considered for advanced entry into our undergraduate programs. This varies case-by-case situation, and the university requires a close match with their curriculum.
  • Postgraduate Taught Masters: Two or three-year degrees followed by a two-year master’s degree from a recognized institution, Four-year bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution, for certain courses, work experience will also be required, please check the details from the website of Kingston University.
  • Postgraduate Research: A good postgraduate master’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • Applications are judged on a separate basis and extra education, or work experience will also be considered while deciding.

  • Incomplete applications will not be processed.

 

Application Process Timeline:

 

  • The applicants will receive a confirmation email as soon as submitting their application (same day)
  • The university will email all applicants with a final decision by mid-July (September intake) and early December (January intake)
  • If any supporting documents are missing, the applicants will receive ‘chasing emails’ (remember, the university must receive all of the required supporting documents by the deadline)
  • The Scholarship Committee makes the final decision on applications and does not correspond with applicants. The ruling of the Board will be last.
