  • A $2000 yearly living expense stipend.
  • A one-time $10,000 enrichment fund, to be used for study abroad, research, or other enrichment activities during the scholar’s GSU career.

The value of the Presidential Scholarship award can reach up to $28,000 per year, it varies depending on whether the student is an in-state or out-of-state resident and their participation in the University Assistantship program.

The International Student Emergency Fund: This fund provides financial assistance to international students who are experiencing unexpected financial difficulties.

Eligibility Criteria


  • The applicant must have an admission letter/acceptance letter from the university.

To be considered for a merit-based scholarship, it is important to consider the following criteria:

To be considered for a need-based scholarship, it’s important to consider the following criteria:
