Job Description

An Associate Professor holds duties that include providing excellent teaching performance while conducting significant research and making contributions to curriculum development across their assigned department. Besides academic duties the role requires faculty members to offer mentoring support for new staff and to remain involved in institutional leadership activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

A Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience Requirements:

• The candidate must possess at least 10 years of experience conducting teaching and research at HEC-recognized universities or postgraduate institutions.
• A substantial number of publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Additional Requirements:

• No third-division in the academic career.
• Valid registration with the relevant professional council (e.g., PM&DC) if applicable
