MSc Public Nutrition
MSc Public Nutrition is a 2-year degree program that comprises of coursework and practical training. It offers a variety of subjects such as basic to applied Food and Nutrition courses, nutrition education, fitness, clinical nutrition, nutritional assessment, epidemiology and biostatistics. This program will aid in the development of a comprehensive understanding of the role of diet and nutrients in the prevention, treatment, and management of diseases. The MSc in public nutrition emphasizes on both academic and practical knowledge.
The MSc in Public Nutrition equips the students with adequate knowledge to think about public health nutrition challenges by fostering a culture of shared responsibility for health, organizing efforts to promote and sustain nutrition-related health and well-being. Students will work in multidisciplinary teams and will practice activities like evaluating nutritional status and completing dietary assessments.
