MSc Entomology

Entomology is the study of insects and is a branch of Zoology. The name comes from the Greek word 'entom,' which means 'notched,' and refers to an insect's segmented body. By far the most numerous animals on the planet, insects.At least one million insect species have been identified, although estimates of the total number of species range from 5 million to 80 million. M.Sc. in Entomology is a 2-year postgraduate course offered by many renowned institutes.
