MS/Mphil Forestry Range & Wildlife Management

The goal is to give relevant education in forestry, range, watershed, and wildlife management to students. To help farmers in effectively integrating agricultural products with trees and enhancing rangeland production, training and the establishment of a workforce with a fundamental and applied grasp of forestry and associated disciplines is required. Exploring and safeguarding Pakistan's natural legacy via research and education, as well as producing highly skilled personnel to assist relevant departments, organisations, and other entities.
Vision:
To satisfy the demands of Pakistan's agro-based enterprises, a skilled workforce in the disciplines of forestry and range management must be developed.
To enhance agroforestry in order to fulfil the country's domestic wood and wood product requirements.
Conducting tests on various agro-forestry challenges and sharing the results to farmers in order to contribute to a stable and healthy ecosystem.
Taxidermy of birds and small animals will be undertaken to study the economic benefits of the country's forests and other natural resources.
A survey of the damaged rangelands, as well as the efficiency of restoration strategies, will be done.
Identify, quantify, and create corrective strategies against animal stresses to conserve biodiversity in a variety of habitats.
Forestry and natural resource management research and education are being examined and explored in innovative ways.
