MS Environmental Process and Energy Engineering

The Master's degree program in Environmental, Process and Energy Engineering offers you practical engineering training and provides you with comprehensive knowledge to design both existing plants and new concepts sustainably. Energy and environmental engineering resolve issues such as sustainability, resource conservation, recycling, and decentralization of energy supply and storage, which are of paramount importance. Environmental and process engineers work to manage pollutants, conserve resources, promote sustainability, improve the built environment, and develop renewable and traditional energy industries. Environmental and process engineers need to understand many disciplines, including mechanics, thermodynamics, mathematics, materials, stoichiometry, electrical machines, manufacturing processes, and energy systems. Energy and environmental engineers are continually searching for solutions to emerging, environment-related issues such as erosion, water disposal, air and water pollution, land resources, human health, and environmental restoration. The program focuses on developing, implementing, monitoring and continuous optimization of process engineering processes as well as the use of new technologies with a particular focus on the fields of energy technology and environmental technology.
