M.Phil. Islamic Studies (General)

M.Phil Islamic Studies is an advanced-level program that focuses on higher studies and research in the field of Islamic studies and critiques its historical and cultural dimensions. This degree is research-based and provides specific instruction in areas of academic interest in Islamic studies. M. Phil in Islamic Studies students take up postgraduate classes in subjects that include interpretation of the al-Quran and Hadith, Islamic law, kalām, tasawwuf, Islamic philosophy, and issues and challenges in the modern age.
