BS Project Management

Project Management is the process of planning and executing projects. Project managers use their techniques and resources in order for their team to achieve their objectives before the deadline. The five stages of Project Management, or the Project Management Life Cycle, are initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and closing. Project management is the process of supervising the work of a team to achieve all project goals within the given constraints. This information is usually described in project documentation, created at the beginning of the development process. The primary constraints are scope, time and budget. The secondary challenge is to optimize the allocation of necessary inputs and apply them to meet predefined objectives. A project is a temporary and unique endeavor designed to produce a product, service or result with a defined beginning and end (usually time-constrained, often constrained by funding or staffing) undertaken to meet unique goals and objectives, typically to bring about beneficial change or added value.
