BS Media and Communication

The BS Media & Communication program offers a diverse range of theoretical and practical courses in areas such as public relations, advertising, online journalism, productions, broadcast journalism, visual communications, and news writing. These courses prepare students to work in a variety of areas of the media industry. Students will participate in a series of extension lectures, seminars, and workshops led by prominent media scholars and professionals to stay current on industry trends. Scope

Journalism has given way to the study of media and communication. In Pakistan, the field of BS Media and Communication has a wide range of applications. In recent decades, a large number of private television networks in Pakistan have employed a large number of people. To put it another way, these private channels have elevated mass communication to the forefront of public debate. Furthermore, there are various electronic and print media, as well as advertising firms, that can be investigated for potential employment prospects. In addition, social media has joined the industry and is competing with other forms of communication.
