The BS Major in Economics and Minor in Media Studies provide students with the conventional conceptual tools and vocabulary of the economics study and profession, enabling them to engage in contemporary global conversations and debates. Students enrolled in this course have the opportunity to engage in conversations and debates not only on the fringes of the economics discipline, but also with critical voices within it. To familiarize students with the quantitative and empirical analysis techniques required of economics students today.
