BS Human Resource Management
The B.S. in Human Resource Management is intended for students who want to work as human resource management professionals in a number of firms or industries in the future. In the curriculum areas of Human Resource Management, general business, and SUNY liberal arts and general education requirements, the program provides a foundation of fundamental competencies, theoretical and technical body of knowledge. Students will be able to complete the degree program in a variety of ways, including online, blended, and face-to-face learning.
The goal of this curriculum is to train competent human resource management professionals for private, public, and non-profit organizations. This program's graduates work in international and national firms in senior and mid-level HR positions. It will also assist students in gaining a solid understanding of HRM and its tools and practices.
