Bachelors of Health and Physical Education

It is a 4-years degree program that aims to enhance the core knowledge of physical education and basic health concepts. It equips the degree holder to use their knowledge and techniques about physical education with an adequate understanding of health. It provides a complete understanding of sports, games, exercise, and health because these all are interconnected. It consists of 8 semesters that provide enhanced knowledge about sports, physical training, general health, and even basic human anatomy. It has consistent training about physical coaching, rules, regulations, and management of various sports. The prerequisite for admission is HSSC/ equivalent education with a minimum of 45% marks. The students may have to pass the physical fitness test. Therefore, it is better to check the admission criteria of the university before applying.
