BS Governance and Public Policy
Governance is believed to be the most well-known and generally discussed term in today's society. The two are inextricably related in terms of governance and public policy. The result of the implementation of ineffective policies is bad or weak governance. If such weak policies are not adequately implemented, they will breed bad governance. Good governance is based on the monitoring and evaluation of public policies. The BS Governance and Public Policy is a four-year degree program that is aimed to instill profound and sophisticated models, theories, and concepts of governance in students. It would assist graduates to obtain a better understanding of the key societal concerns that have hampered Pakistan's efforts to improve governance and implement public policy. The program also tries to address the entire cycle of public policy development, from problem identification to public input. It identifies key areas for improvement in governance and proposes solutions to address the problems that have arisen as a result of various governance-related failures.

A lot of work is expended on strengthening the country’s public policy system, both at the government and corporate levels, and because Pakistan is still a developing country, a lot of emphases is placed on planning. As a result, there is a demand for highly skilled and specialized Governance and Public Policy students at both the federal and state levels to implement and draw out actual policies. They’re also needed at the corporate level to frame advice for consulting initiatives. Students are taught governance and public policy making so that they can respond to the mismatch between existing policy institutions and growing social and policy concerns on a regular basis. And we can do it in all areas of Pakistan. Graduates can work as HRM, writers media persons, managers, consultants, researchers, anchorperson, public affairs analysts, policy analysts,s, etc.
