BS Electronic Engineering

"BS ELECTRONICS (BEL)" is a four-year program that is divided into two phases: course work and a final year project. This curriculum is designed to generate critical, innovative, and high-quality graduates with strong technical skills as well as refined decision-making and problem-solving abilities. The BEL program is well-structured in terms of core courses and flexible in terms of electives. Students can major in Mechatronics, Signal Processing and Communication, Embedded Systems, and other fields of Analog and Digital Electronics.

Eligibility Criteria

  • FSc Pre-Engineering or equivalent with 60% marks.

Scope

A graduate of electronic engineering can work as an Acoustic Consultant, Aerospace Engineer, Broadcast engineer, CAD technician, Control and Instrumentation Engineer, Design Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Electronics Engineer, Nuclear Engineer, Sound Engineer, Special Effects technician.

Electronic engineers are in high demand and can work in a variety of industries, including electronics, automotive, information technology, gaming, telecommunications, manufacturing, power, transportation, utilities, and construction. Many multinational electronics companies have research and development centers in the United Kingdom and Europe. Engineers based in the United Kingdom may be assigned to projects in other countries, thus they must be willing to travel.
