Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering (BEEE)

BE Electrical Engineering (4-years program, authorized by PEC) offered in the Department of Engineering. The main purpose of this program is to provide excellent teaching in electrical engineering. The program produces competent electrical engineers capable of handling the technical challenges present in today's industry and prepares them to address those yet to come as technology continues its rapid expansion. The Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree Prepare you to use your problem-solving skills in making and building systems/devices while leading the way into tackling some of the world's most concerning problems, from a range of engineering-forced sectors. Working under the active tutelage of seasoned professionals, you gain a firm grounding in electrical circuits and systems; computer-controlling theory of electric power equipment; control-methods to regulate hardware devices or physical processes, as well as programming methods for embedded system applications; energy mechanics; management skills needed by employers today (e.g. running inclusive meetings that encourage innovation from all team members.)

Eligibility Criteria

  • The student must have scored at least 60% marks in FSC. (Pre-Engineering) or equivalent qualification.
  • Candidates with DAE will also be given admission opportunities if they have earned an overall program grade of 60%.
  • All applicants who meet the requirements for admission to undergraduate programs must show up for the entrance exam.
