Rangers Cadet College (RCC), Chakri is a project of Punjab Rangers, a paramilitary force of Pakistan. The establishment of the RCC at Chakri, Rawalpindi is a commendable initiative by the Director General Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) to provide quality education to the youth.
RCC’s primary objective is to offer an excellent education to the children of Rangers, Defense personnel, including the children of Shuhada (martyrs), as well as civilians in general. Admission Procedure
Application for admission must be submitted on the prescribed Admission Form attached with Prospectus, Prospectus and Forms are available with the College or can be downloaded from the College website http://www.rangerscadetcollege.edu.pk/.
Entries in the Application Form must be filled out carefully. Any false information detected at a later stage during the candidate’s stay at RCC will lead to disciplinary action/expulsion, along with payment of training charges. The Application Form must be accompanied by four self-addressed envelopes (4 x 9-inch size).
The last date for submission of applications is advertised through newspapers and the website. Candidates appearing for class XI must attach an attested photocopy of IX /C Detailed Marks Certificate (DMC)
Selection Procedure
Selection is based on Written Test, Intelligence Test, Interview and Medical Examination.
a Written Tes centres: The written test is conducted at Chakri, Lahore, Sialkot, Mand Bahaddin, Multan, Sadiqabad, Bahawalpur, Sargodha, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Gilgit, Muzaffarabad (AJK)
b Intelligence test /Interview will be carried out at selected locations
c Medical fitness certificate from nearby DHQ hospital
