Bakhtawar Cadet College for Girls Shaheed Benazirabad is the first-ever cadet college established in the Sindh province of Pakistan exclusively for girls. The college aims to provide quality education, character-building, and leadership skills to girls from all over the country. It offers a challenging and rigorous academic program combined with a comprehensive co-curricular program, which includes sports, community service, and social events.
The college has state-of-the-art facilities, including a library, science and computer labs, auditorium, and hostel, to provide a conducive environment for learning and personal growth. The establishment of Bakhtawar Cadet College for Girls is a significant step towards empowering girls and promoting gender equality in Pakistan by providing them with the same opportunities as boys to excel in their careers and contribute to the development of the nation.
Fresh candidates will be given admission in class VIII only of which the schedule should be announced through national and regional dailies. The aspirants of admission will have to undergo a comprehensive admission procedure of the written test, interview, and medical test conducted as per policy and procedure set by the college.
Age and Qualifications
- Students who pass class VII with a minimum of 60% marks or studying in class VIII will be considered for admission to the college purely on merit as per policy.
- Candidates desirous of admission need to be between 12 and 14 years of age on the 1st of April of the year of admission.
- Maximum and minimum age for admission in class XI, on self-finance only, if the seats are available, which would be advertised through newspapers, must be between 15 and 17 years on 1st July of the year of admission.
- Any supplementary/failure in class IX/X or waiting for results is not eligible for admission. The candidate must have secured at least 60% in class IX/X.
Note: Relaxation of age on either side is NOT ALLOWED even for one single day. Moreover, the physical appearance of the candidate must also correspond to the age mentioned in her application form.
